grinding in the house...

i was just on...

with jon and lee...

i like the concept of a live call-in talkshow podcast, via lanlines and computers... tomorrow, the episode should be up for download. listen to me briefly in the beginning, and the end, with refrences to my text chat shenanigans sprinkled inbetween... not the focus of the show by any means, but fun none the less. i miss jon living here in spite of his lazy lifestyle... dammit... i miss him.

"grindhouse," the movie i've been waiting for, for some time now, comes out tomorrow. now, i'm tempted to go tomorrow, and then again on saturday with mikey.

true, i normally hate seeing a movie in the theater twice, but i have a feeling, "grindhouse," will be just too good not to want to see twice...

last night's south park and lost...

first, south park... this season of south park is bar none the funniest to come around since season eight. the whole concept of spoofing the da vinci code, with krull... priceless...

LOST... i'm starting to hate the show like most of the people i've been hearing on the radio... the past two episodes, including last nights, left a sour taste in my mouth...

i'm tired of seeing glimpses of the black clouds here and there and finding out nothing about them... and where's the fucking dinosaurs...? i want a t-rex on that island...

anywhoo... i'm gonna get a diet coke, and play some F.E.A.R. on 360... good friday... i got it off. WOOT!

survivalism. bullshit.

i took off from work today because i was having back pains. i went to the doctor... i happened to tell him about my right arm and hand going numb frequently... i may have carpel tunnel syndrom... woohoo... i'm on anti-somethingorothers...

i got nine inch nails, "year zero," album. it leaked, and as i suspected, it's just as bad as, "with teeth," was... what the fuck happened to trent reznor?

i also feel i should recommend a stand-up album to you...

greg giraldo is one of my new favorite comedians... this album is the first really funny stand-up album i've heard since patton oswalt's, "pennysylvania macaroni company e.p."

i promise you will laugh...

my birthday. one of the best in a long time...

i'll be brief... because i need a shower, and rather than take one when i got home, i played videogames... oh yes...

most of my birthdays i've celebrated in solace. one year i had a bunch of people over, they got loaded, i got frustrated, and that was the end of parties here.

i've never been big on them. and i've never really expected to get any gifts from anyone because i'm poor and can never afford to get anyone else a gift... but i'm not a material person by trade. not when it comes to having someone give me a present. i might make a suggestion as to something i'd like to have, but it's just me whining that i can't afford it.

regardless, this birthday was the best.

i am now 27.

stoned. happy. gamered. three descriptive words about my birthday.

mikey got me this:

bob and heather came over and we had a good afternoon of laughter and they're moving back in next month... with shana in tow... that's a great present!

bryan and bridget took me out to dinner, got me a barbie dairy queen ice cream cake cause those cakes rule, and... something i gotta pay for in the long run...

let's talk about the wii for a second...

frustrating this system is when it comes to figuring out what the fuck to do. it's like a combo of a giga pet, a tivo, and a robot dog mixed with a downed-syndrome kid... that is all.

and for myself... i traded up a lot of shit for this, and oh my... is it so fucking worth it...

thas' right... not that pussy ass ps2 version you scene douchers got... i got's the 360 megaload bizznizzies... stick that in your pipe and smoke it...

turning japanese, or turning 27?

i figured i should make a post today, since tomorrow is my birthday, i won't be doing much of anything...

last night, i went, alone, and saw...

if you liked, "anchorman," and, "talledega nights,"... it's a safe bet you'll like this. i laughed out loud in a theater full of older people, at some of the best, and raunchiest, will ferrell humor. seriously, the movie is funny as hell.

one of many good lines:

"no... i don't remember that, prince charming... i was high on qualudes..."

today was a pretty eventful day. i finally got around to re-starting, "the sopranos: road to respect," on ps2 yesterday, hadn't played it since november of last year, and beat it this morning around ten.

it leaves a sour taste in my mouth as far as endings go... you, big pussy's illegitimate son, joey la rocca, end up getting made and the game ends... however, the story takes place before season six, and in reality, in season six, there is no joey la rocca ever mentioned... WTF?

got a little... juicy, in honor of getting old. i have good friends.

had some sonny's with bob and heather, laughed until we got headaches, and bob's mom made me a banana split pie, her specialty, for my birthday.

i rented two of those, "8 films to die for horrorfest features," and, "the pursuit of happyness."

and... bryan and bridget bought extra Wii's and are selling me one, and allowing me to pay them when i get the money... so... tomorrorw, I WILL OWN A WII!!!! WOOT TO THE FUCKIN' HOOT!

on a sunday...

i woke up as usual around five. [can't seem to break that early morning habit after seven years of it from work.]

i went to publix around seven and bought toaster strudels, lasagna, chips, green olives, feta cheese, and clausan pickles.

came home, ate some pickles, went to my room.

sifted through random sopranos season six episodes, the ones i really enjoyed above the rest, and went onto season three of smallville.

around ten or eleven, i got a bug up my ass and decided, it's time to overhall clean the garage.

i took everything out, swept it completely, mopped it, re-arranged all of my tools and chemicals, threw away a ton of shit that was collecting major space, and then, fixed up my bike, and went for a ride.

came back twenty minutes later, cleaned the house a little, took a shower, layed down with the dog, and watched more smallville.

and that's my day thus far as of 8:42 p.m. i'm getting old, and sad. it just hit me that i will be turning twenty seven in a week and a half. i knew it was coming up, but it didn't seem so soon.

time flys as you get older. and all i look forward to in life, is going to work, earning an honest pay from it, coming home to hang out with my dog, play videogames, have a few beers, and watch tv shows on either my computer or dvd. i have no other goals in life, and for some sad reason... that's comforting... and i haven't had sex since january and today i thought, "i'm okay with that."

it's funny how the stupid shit that mattered to me the most seven years ago is close to meaningless now. yesterday was the first day i masturbated in probably a month. i don't even have the urge to do that anymore. and yet, when i'm around people, that kinda shit is all i talk about... strange...

as easy as retarded comes?

this guy who was at an advance showing of the first two new episodes of the final nine episodes of the sopranos, wrote a huge review of both episodes and had it put up on aintitcoolnews.com... not i told myself, don't spoil it, you got two weeks left, but, just read the top few lines as a sign of good faith?

...i just read TWO, only TWO sentences of the top of the review, and in those two sentences, hard as it may be to believe, spoiled it for myself. it did a flashback to season five that i didn't even think could be twisted the way they did, and i immediatley, with only my dog in hearing range, yelled, "OH FUCK ME! FUCK!" for two reasons.

one, because i spoiled a part of the show for myself.

and two, because what they did with that season five sequence... was pure genius. i cannot wait until april 8th. come sunday the 8th, i will be at cigar bar, sipping my glass of jack on ice, smoking a blondie cigar, and pretending i'm italiano vinnie sausage pizza head...

movies and love.

there are two films i've seen so far in 2007, that have both captured the spot of numeral uno for my favorite flicks this year...

i already wrote about, "black snake moan," and i'll write about, "reign over me," when i get more time, but in the truest form of anything i can say, these two films are simply put, nothing short of great. soundtracks are stellar. blues on one, the who on the other...

see them before i see you... in hell.

the eyes have hills.

my agenda for last night was to see a movie. preferrably, "reign over me," with adam sandler and don cheadel. which i guess i will see tonight, because i've been looking forward to that film since the time of it's trailer viewing.

so, instead, i saw, "the hills have eyes 2." which was good for reasons explained below, but also, i saw the trailer for the follow up to, "28 days later."

"28 weeks later," looks very promising as far as a conclusion for a film i thought was perfect as is...

despite my better efforts to stay with the theme of current to current, i like the original hills have eyes 2 promo flats and images compared the just released, redux.

though... i like the new, "hills have eyes 2," a lot more than the original version. weird... and, i think this version, was better than it's previous remake from two years ago. seriously.

i hate admitting that i like sequels, and i hate even more that i like remakes, but hills have eyes was a better film that the original. i've seen the originals, both, and they were good for their time, and didn't have greg nicotero effects to rely on, but rather b-acting, dark lit scenes, and creepy music.

i enjoy a horror film that has not only a decent story that is well acted, but i like to buy what's going on visually. i like gore. and, the last two hills movies of the 2000's deliever.

yes... i loved the updated version of, "hills have eyes 2." and i loved the remake two years ago. a lot. and it's new sequel is... better on so many levels of not just a cool way to keep the story in the structure of continuity, but to develope the fact that the desert where the government tested nuc's way back when, was close to the size of long island. imagine the limitless amount of hill dwellers... see what i'm saying? not everyone left when the tests began... lots of ground to cover.

through text, we get caught up at the beginning, and bid farewell towards the end with loose ends left open, but again, i really got into the flick. if you liked the first remake, you'll love this one more.

tidbit about HHE2 REMAKE: "Wes Craven, who created the characters and films in the seventies, co-wrote the script to the remake of 2... and i thought he was done with the nasty boo-boo gore stuff and strictly a kevin williamson wb assclown..."

audio blog still below, POC 3, and no more emma watson.

the audio blog is still up, see previous post.

tonight, yahoo releases the tight lipped trailer for, "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End."

personally, i could give two shits. i enjoyed the first flick immensley, and was utterly disappointed with it's follow up, all jack movie adventure. it felt like, "matrix reloaded," all over again... or... *shutter*, "attack of the clones."

but, if you want, you can view it here.

emma watson dropped out of the last two harry potter films. millions of dry vagina reading women the world over try to slit their wrists with the pages of the books.

i just finished season four of, "that 70's show." not my favorite season, but a good cliffhanger finale.

i'm tired. g'dnight.

an audio blurb and other cool snafu's...

so, a while back, i had this jones to do podcasts... i jumped on the, "pump up the volume," bandwagon of the 2000's, and went out, bought a mic, downloaded the software, and began recording two hour sessions with mike musser, and david cintron.

sadly, my inept, and lazy attitude prevented me from going through and editing out all the laughs, mic feedbacks, and other various shit that didn't sound good. time was a big issue. editing a two hour audio file to make available for download and ipod use is time consuming and repetitive.

however, since i've really gotten proud of myself, and into what dust and snow is shaping up to be, i decided to take the sessions we did, and re-listen to them, and take excerpts here and there out, and share them with you all.

another issue i had was paying for online storage of the files, but since i found a site to host up to a gig for free, the boat is as smooth as gravy. you can either play the file streaming online, or download the mp3 for later, fantastic fun use...

the first bit up, and i'll be posting these randomly here and there, is from the second session we did, where david cintron was talking about his trips to new york, and one real quick bit about meeting jeff goldblum.

also, i'm gonna be doing a new feature called:

"I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT WAS AN ACTUAL LINE OF DIALOGUE IN A MOVIE/TV SHOW."

it speaks for itself. i got the idea when i was thinking about an absurd, albeit, chucklefull line from the movie, "waiting."...

"yep... nothing brings out the flavor of a good steak like some ketchup..."

or more recently, the badly delivered line from, "dead silence."

"look, where i come from, a ventriloquit dummy is a bad omen... trust me."

also, i hope to get mike musser over to the studio soon to record a new podcast, in gearing up for his wedding. it will be love themed, with sage francis' version of, "white wedding," in the background, as well as non-stop hilarity and sharing of our past relationships with the opposite sexes...

keep your eyes and ears glued now... over the next few weeks, shits about to get crazy on dust and snow...

"have another one you fuckin' lush... it ain't my fault the bartender kicked you out last night, you fuckin' douchebag!"

went to see, "dead silence," last night at the new muvico theaters at coconut point. it was okay. not, "saw," good, but good... jigsaw makes a cameo... the make-up effects were pretty decent.

coconut point mall/plaza?, is like the richest man in southwest florida came by, saw some empty land, let loose his belt, dropped trou', and shot a load of rich cum all over and it formed into a gigantic outside mall.

it's nice, but too many rich assholes around...

i did hit the new gamestop over there to do a little looky-looin', and found something i had been missing from the ol' dvd collection... season four of, "that 70's show."

i traded in dvds i had left in the car to get it... now i can watch that and the season five set i bought but never watched due to continuity constraints.

season three so far of smallville is different. i don't know if it's good or bad... it started off strong, but now went back to being like scooby doo... "come on chloey, gotta solve this sniper mystery..." i have hope though.

caspian's new album, "the four trees," leaked, still amazes me every time i listen to it.

spent too much on groceries today i think. i figured out how i know i'm getting old... when i start cutting out coupons on deals and look forward to go grocery shopping for deals like i have been the past few weeks... i did get a spiral cut honey ham for sixteen bucks... that'll make a lot of sandwhiches when i cook it...

south park this season is going strong, two for two... cartman put butters' penis in his mouth as a gag to show butters' is gay? too funny...

i'm bored and craving an apple, and some pineapple chunks... later masterbaters...

xbox live arcade, and why i love it.

teenage. mutant. ninja. turtles.

aside from the year of batman, '88 was also special for the turtles... the comics, cartoon, toys, movie, etc... it was bats and ninja reptiles... woo-hoo!

so, imagine the giddy suprise, when on xbox live arcade, i found, and downloaded, "teenage mutant ninja turtles: the arcade game."

for most too young to remember, this was an arcade game first, and then ported over to the NES as the dubbed, "sequel," to the original game of the same name, which was harder, and didn't have the flashy cartoon graphics the arcade version had...

i had forgotten how much fun i had playing this game. how at that point in time, i spent my summer at the trailer park my grandparents were staying at, playing nintendo with other kids on summer break.

i remember how much fun we all had joining up to defeat shredder, and the rest of his drone cronies... and how hard the game was...

well, time moves on, we grow older, and the true fun of the game remains the same... the only difference between then and now... it only took my twenty-three minutes to beat the game this time around... eat that one konami... the pupil is now the master.

oh yeah, by and by...

this got bumped from april 10 release, to april 3rd, the day after my 27 birthday... so... this is the only thing i want for my birthday... someone, please get this for me...

sleepness...

the past three days, i've come home from work, took a shower, crawled in bed, and passed out for a few hours... i've been beat a lot lately...

tonight, i passed out around five? woke up about an hour ago... eleven ten?

started downloading the new south park, watched some smallville, and got caught up through all 35 issues of, "the walking dead."

for shits and giggles, i downloaded, "Korn: Unplugged." out of morbid curiosity i suppose, although, admittedly, "issues," is an album i have as a guilty pleasure...

that being said, if you hated korn's loud, nu-metal music over the past few years, you'll guaranteed to hate them acoustic and unplugged... talk about a fucking joke.

i've always thought very low of davis, until i really heard this album, and freak on a leash came up, and then he said, "i'd like to bring up amy lee... thought this'd be a good song to do together..." freak on a leash??? he sang freak on a leash with the chick from, "evanescence?" are you kidding me? the sad part is people paid money to be at this show... where do we draw the line on killing mentally challenged people again?

before i go off to work, i just wanted to say...

the trailer. final episodes. april 8.

it's a rare thing for me to get anxious and giddy over a television show... but sopranos... it's the one thing i get excited for. i get butterflies waiting for april to see how it's all gonna end... and it's funny, because the reason i think i feel this way towards the show, is how emotionally involved i've become with the characters... it's sad to think it's gonna end, but satisfying as well...

watch the trailer for the premier above.

gwen stacey... please don't ever die...

that up there... that's bryce dallas howard... as gwen stacey...

i've wanted to lick every inch of her body since she was a blind chick in, "the village."

and now that she's playing my favored peter parker love interest, even more so...

how is it that kirsten dunst, the moon face maroon who can't act, and butchers the ferosity that is mary jane watson... how is it, that she's the been the fucking love interest in the films and comics, and not gwen stacey as the lead? because she died?

...yeah, well, superman died too at that hands of doomsday... guess what... jonathan kent helped him find his way back home... fuckers...

what i'm really trying to say, is i hate kirsten dunst, always have, and i love bryce dallas howard, always will... and i just woke up... so i'm groggy and odd?

the 40 year old goth.

began playing, "marvel: ultimate alliance," on the 360. it's good. better than x-men legends, and way better, sadly, than, "justice league: heroes."

it's a far fetched story line, but tight controls, strengthy graphics, and the funability scale of playing as the might thor... off the charts tits...

got a leaked copy of the new type o negative album...

i know... why the fuck would you listen to a black metal goth band? well... because i like them?...

i have an eclectic taste in a vast collection of music. i stopped discriminating a long time ago at stuff that was scoffed by the indi-douchers in this town, just because it wasn't their cup of whimsy... i've always just dug peter steele's voice, and the vibrantly, fedback guitars, and pulsing drums...

the new album is much like the others. i like it quite a bit. "september sun," is easily the best track on the album... it's a vibrant and calm song, and then just get's raw and heavy... i like that... and it's amped even more when you're a little high... yeah... i'm a little high... praise him, for he has risen. :)

i've decided, yes caddy dan, i will own a wii within two months time... i want to play that rabbit rayman game... it looks fucking nuts.

time to go and read comics and scoff at the goofy, stereotyped characters in smallville season two...

"i know the steak is cold, but it's wrapped in plastic..."

i think i'm gonna write a blog, and later in the day, or when i'm not so fucking tired, incorporate the images i have gather to garner said subjects i will be talking about...

this is gonna sounds funny or gross, or... both, but i just took a shit not too long ago, and i swear, it really did, smell like burnt peanuts... weird.

walmart... i had to go to walmart last night after the movie. it's the only place to get my soap and shampoo at cheap... having trudged through the store at ten at night, i felt that as i left the store, i should have been deloused.

how can a store like walmart, just seem to breed the term, "virus," so literally? even the air smells contaminated in that fucking store.

on one end of the spectrum, for an instance, let's say, the "toy" isle, there was a really, really, really, huge, fat girl, no more than eight or nine, sitting in a shopping cart, with a missing front tooth, gnawed up hair, and a red kool-aid stain around her mouth, directing very verbally, her equally hefty mother, who had more beard than i, which isles she wanted to go up and down... both wore pink, and both wore spandex like, sweatpants... it was unsettling, and gross. and following them immediatley, i saw a woman, not as big, but big, with a foppish looking mullet cut, salt and peppered, with a moustache, roaming through the bike isles...

i thought to myself, "only in america... and only in a fucking walmart..."

but on the very opposite side of the store, in the phantom zone if you will... was the beautiful women... the fucking knock-out, what the fuck are they doing here at this hour?, fucking hot spanish women, with tight jeans or white skirts showing the outline of their panties, and a tight shirt that showed the amazing round breasts hid behind a tight, exotic bra... never before had i wished i could be invisible so i could run to each of them, lick their necks like a schoolboy in heat, grab their tits real quick, and run out giggling. why did god make women so irresistable and hot?

300.

was good. really good. i really enjoyed the new, "venom/eddie brock," focused spiderman 3 trailer, although was looking forward to the rumored, "watchmen," trailer...

zach snyder and robert rodriguez impress me... they have proved that you can take an amazing comic, and breath the source material into life... it's amazing how frank millers images, from both, "sin city," and, "300," translated so perfect to screen... and it all really lays in the hands at the respective directors... that is all...

rue morgue.

the new issue is out with a tribute to, "phantasm." buy it like i did.

zach galifinankis: live at the purple onion.

i shouldn't spend any money i have on material shit, but to get this dvd for twelve bucks, and a load of laughs was worth it... zach is one of the most unique, and truly genius comedians i've ever seen work a room. buy this dvd if you haven't already... best buy has it... in fact, the girl who rung me up looked at the cover of the dvd and asked me to mimic him playing the piano to which i kinda did, to which she said:

"you know... you kinda look like him..."

to which i said:

"did you look at the cover? i mean really look at it?... the hair and beard i get, but that's it."

wedding crasher.

mikey and i went to get fitted for tuxes yesterday. i still have to write a sincere speach for the reception, being the best man, and my goal is to make people cry and prove to them that i can go without cursing... although... mikey and i thought it'd be funny if i gave a heartfelt speech, and ended with, "shitcockdamn... you guys have a good night..."

we ate at, "famous dave's." first time there, and our waitress was kind and pretty, and very funny, and the food was pretty good. the sauces, more or less all of them had a kick to them, but my belly felt good after filling up on a half a slab of ribs.

comics.

i got my comics for the past two weeks, so the universe is at one.

the nintendo wii.

i have made the decision, that within the next two months... i should buy a wii... rockstar is making, "manhunt 2," as a prequel for the system, as well as psp and ps2, and honestly, i would like to kill people with the wii remote... also, super mario galaxy looks kinda good...

and finally... SCREAMFEST 2007.

all info can be found here. i will be going on saturday only, and if anyone wishes to go, all you need do is let me know, get yourself a ticket, and help with gas unless we can take your car...

PHANTASM COMETH!

i was more than a little excited when reggie posted an update, that, for the first time in a long time, phantasm.com had been updated by don himself...

upon checking out to see the updates, i was marvelously treated to the best virtual handjob i could get from a filmmaker...

now... two things.

one, amazon actually lists them coming out the 10th, not the 20th. for fourteen bucks a pop.

two, i am saddened that part two and four are not being released as special editions... i think a boxset for the u.s. would be very much appreciated, but still, this is exciting for a phantasm nerd like myself.

see, phantasm, to my good friends, is a well known fact, that it's my all time favorite film series. i have all four movie posters framed and above my entertainment center in my living room, and photo i will post soon, along with an opened and unopened tall man figure, and sphere replica... i also ran the first phantasm fan website back in '96 when the net first got real big, "morningside cemetery."

i have interviewed everyone from the series except bill thornbury, and i've met angus scrimm, the tall man, in '99 at the fangoria weekend of horrors in orlando.

to see that part three, which has been out of print from any form of media, and never been released in america on dvd, is a fucking wish beyond wishes come true. it sat locked in unviersal studios legal hell.

i am more than a little excited right now. i'm fucking doing jumping jacks in my sleep adled mind... I LOVE PHANTASM!

Sunday, March 04, 2007

at six in the morning, on sunday, i write.

having just downloaded the new hear me now brother mix tape and episode of season two, i am ready to begin with the blogging.

so the thing i am looking forward to the most this year, is rob zombie's re-envisioning of, "halloween."

i think it has the potential to be something really unique and... for lack of a better term, good. rob's not a bad filmmaker. he makes the films he wants, and that's what making movies should be about when it comes down to it. make what you want, what you'll be proud of... and he's good with modern horror.

i'm eager to see malcom mcdowel as dr. loomis, and the rest of the cast just seems like a perfect zombie cast... william forsythe...? fuckENa.

out of morbid curiosity... whatever happened to that blue/purple haired dyke that always clung to anna nicole like a fucking retard?

"black snake moan," has a good amount of redemption, a piss poor performance from justin timberlake, enough christina ricci naked titties to keep my dick hard, and an overall good performance of everything from script to acting. i really dug this film, and it's accompanying blues soundtrack.

the first season of "smallville" i remember being really entertaining, and now that i'm trying to play catch up via dvd, i feel like i'm watching a more dramatic version of, "saved by the bell."

every episode consists more or less of some character being affected by fragments of the left over meteor that young clark laid down, and they become the episode enemy he has to overcome...

something i find interesting is that none of them use their abilities for good... rather than feel epic, they feel violent. the old, "i'll show them," attitude...

another fun fact, in a few episodes, there seems to be a running theme of, "the lost boys," movie poster, in various locales in smallville.

i do like the idea of lex luthor being a decent man in his youth. i like the tilt of destruction and finding his real destiny.

i don't like the campy dialogue that the wb seems to think teenagers speak in.

but, the reason i began the catch-up with the dvds is to see the introduction of, "martian manhunter." so... it evens itself out...

also...

thin lizzy still kicks ass after all the years.

things to come.

the past week has been a busy one.

too tired to write at this moment, but in the past week, i have chuckled at, "in memory of," bumperstickers, enjoyed the film, "black snake moan," bought, "tenacious d in the pick of destiny," and the two disc special edition of, "walk the line," got my fill of fair kettle corn, ate saginaki at greekfest, and got asked to be the best man in my best bud's wedding... my dog also got major love from the fort myers greek community... all in all, life's a pretty sweet fruit... i never thought i'd be in a wedding... i guess this little girl's dream's about to come true...

mamwhich.

i hate doing blogs without visual representation, but the truth of the matter is, i'm too exhausted from work that i just don't have the will to search for pics to upload and accompany this blog... so, deal with the stale piece tonight...

i rented, "the prestige." the new film from christopher nolan. it was okay. but bear in mind, i hated his first effort, "memento," immensley, the first time i saw it. it took two more viewings to get the grasp of the film, so... maybe that'll happen with, "the prestige."

i had never learned how to, "brown," hamburger meat, so when i got a craving for sloppy joes, and later, homemade tacos, i had to try... and success. i made some serious good sloppy joes for dinner tonight. two pounds worth. i had three sandwhiches worth, so i got about 1.80 pounds left? a lot...

i heard three new nine inch nail tracks in all total from the upcoming, "year zero," concept album. two out of the three ain't bad, as meatloaf would say. it's different. i still think my favorite nin effort is a toss up between, "broken," and, "the fragile."

i started playing, "splinter cell: pandora tomorrow," recently. back in 2004 when i bought the game, i played it exclusively on xbox live, spy versus merc only. and now...?

... well, now, i really want to play, "double agent," on 360, so my goal is to whiz through pandora, then go onto, "chaos theory," which i bought and never opened, and then onto, "double agent."

i played some of "essentials," on the psp, and while i love the game itself, and it's part of the continuity in the series, i just have no patience to sit through a psp control scheme game. so... no go.

i got caught up on all my comicbook reading except, "the walking dead." since i have all issues to date, and have been out of the reading loop, i decided, fuck it, start from the first issue all over again and work my way up.

"american virgin," continues to be my leading favorite vertigo title next to, "y the last man."

daniel way's, "ghost rider," started off solid in the first two issues and then just became utter garbage with plotline holes through the next five issues. pure disappointment.

stephen king's, "dark tower," mini-series under the marvel flag, is so good...

i'm not a big peter david fan, but fuck, i really enjoy the beginnings of roland deschain and the way it's worded. and visually, it's a knockout...

okay... that's it... later.

wanna hear somethin'???

guess who just got season 2 of the office used for twenty bucks??? me muthafucka...

i think since i'm kinda feeling better, i'm gonna treat myself to some hogbody's raspberry wings, wash it down with diet coke, laugh my balls off, and read some more comics...

brad meltzer's justice league of america is fucking outstanding... the whole red tornado/solomon grundy/amazo arc is so fucking good...

i also downloaded an advance dvd rip of, "stranger than fiction." it's not bad.

kong subs just ain't what they used to be...

it comes out march 20 and fuck am i ready. i loved rocky balboa. probably the best in the series. i would wager to say i think it surpassed the first one... and i'd be willing to be as bold as to say it was my favorite film of '06... that or, "lady in the water." a toss up.

sixty two dollars and fifty three cents later, and i've caught myself up on all the comics i'd been backlogged on picking up.

american virgin, walking dead, justice league of america, seven, the dark tower book 1, and ghost rider... and speaking of ghost rider...

it wasn't a bad movie despite how bad it will be panned by comic fags the world round... it's campy and cheesy sure, but it was good. visually it was stellar.

being sick as i am, i rented movies.

i got, "the u.s. vs john lennon," "farce of the penguins," "the departed," and, "school for scoundrels." so far, i've watched one, and let's just say, i wish i had been born in the 60's so i could've experienced john lennon the right way.

my head is throbbing, and i still can't breath, and i keep hacking up this yellowish green shit... tomorrow will be the two month to the date anniversary that i quit smoking, and it seems i cough, hack, and get sick more now that i quit... what up with that yo?

oh yeah, be sure to check out the new, FULL trailer for, "grindhouse." my most must see of '07. more than spidy 3... i want to fuck rose macgowan so bad...

"oh please... reconcile me..."

there's something truly profound when you get so sick, that not only do you end up not working for a whole week, on top of being dehydrated every five minutes, and then having to shove bullet sized solids up your ass to get better, but to fall into a slump of comatose depression... let's begin where i laughed...

i watched the entire first season of the american version of, "the office."

i had seen an episode with juliann a while back at her place, and it caught me off guard, and since then i had been wanting to see more, but more than that, i wanted to really see the british version, which i have yet to obtain.

anyhoo, i ended up buying the first season of the american version, used, for twelve bucks, and it's really funny. like, infectiously funny. in really subtle ways.

i'm not big on steve carrell's take on mike, but the rest of the cast is stellar. i love the oddity that is dwight like everyone else does, for all the same reasons i'm sure...

so, after that two and a half hours, i decided, why not throw in, "rocky 2."

twenty minutes into it, i had remembered that it was more of a love story between rocky and adrian... and i thought about julie. so... i went to just read random comicbook news on the internet...

and then...

i put on, "album of the year," by the good life... i am now sad and sick... i miss her. and there's not much else i can say.

i'll go about my days with the same integrity i do now. cry when i need to cry, feel good when i need to feel good, and continue to just keep growing up. even closing in at twenty seven...

you're the best i ever had. my grey sky morning. goodnight.

new nine inch nails??? interesting.

so, to show how out of the loop i am these days, i just learned that trent has plans to release a new album, in two parts, one this april, the second in '08, and from what i gather, it's a concept album.

the first single due out next month on airwaves. i, however, have found a leaked copy of a track off the album, called, "my violent heart."

i'm not exactly sure what to make of it. it's different to be certain. i think i need to hear the remainder of the album a few times to get a feel for it. but, hopefully it'll be a bit better than, "with teeth." that album left me with an odd taste. a very few tracks from the album i can honestly admit to enjoying. i'm glad the dude got sober, but i don't know if that necessarily means you become a better artist. i still really enjoyed, "the fragile," despite harsh criticism from fans... i think his biggest strength is his musical arrangments and piano work.

only time will tell though...

for more info, google. and for a tracklist of the first part, see below.

year zero.

BUTT what about the flu?

i felt well enough to go into work this morning... still kinda shitty, but well enough...

i get to work, a half hour in, blah... i vomit. and they send me home and tell me to go see my doctor.

luckily my doctor was able to see me.

i sat in the freezing cold room waiting for him, thinking about how i had season one of the american version of, "the office," and the, "rocky," anthology set waiting for me to watch them both at home... and then... he came in. looked me over... verdict... flu. perscription...

-antibiotics.
-rectal suppositories.

now.., antibiotics i can do. i've done them... i'm the fucking king of taking them... rectal suppositories... yeah.

see, aside from the anal discomfort, everytime i massage one up my ass, i somehow think i should be reading dialogue in the form of christopher walken...

"i hid this uncomfortable hunk of metal up my ass for two years. then, after seven years, i was sent home to my family. and now, little man, i give the watch to you..."

smells like pornography... and phlegm from my cold...

before i begin with the dvd info i'm jazzed about, let me go on record as saying that i'm tired of these self-proclaimed, "nerds," going on record of how they hate, "heroes," and that it would never work as a comic, and a hacky version of, "lost..." look... if you don't like the show, fine, don't watch it endlessly and then bitch about it on the internet, have me read your bullshit, and expect not to get emotionally irritated... when it comes down to it, jack bauer could kick all your joss whedon loving, indi-fuck scene kid asses...

PORKY'S LIVES ON!

this is coming out in may in a bundled edition with, "porky's 2: the next day," and, for the first time ever on dvd, the third film in the trilogy, "porky's revenge."

part of me is glad i never bought the generic ones on dvd and held out with the hope that a special edition would come out. i know, i know... how pathetic is a guy when he holds out for an ultimate "porky's" dvd?..

you have to understand something though. my father introduced that film series to me at an early age, around the same time i experienced cheech and chong, and forever my life would be changed...

not just because i had seen tits... hell, i saw plenty of tits in, "revenge of the nerds."

no, porky's was my first example of real ballsy comedy, and original sight gags.

OTHER THINGS TO COME...
apparently, "spiderman 2.1," is coming out april 4 with eight minutes of never before seen footage added back into the film... i won't buy it, but i'll rent it out of morbid curiosity... i loved both spiderman flicks, aside from the twat that played mary jane, but i'm tired of raimi putting out all this point 1, or point 0 infinity editions... pick a format, and leave it alone.

also coming out is a, "knocked up," edition of, "the 40 year old virgin."

okay, now this one, i'll buy. because there wasn't a sentence in the fucking film, let alone performance from seth rogan or that old indian guy, that didn't have shit tweaking out of my butthole...

norm macdonald still amuses...

these two videos are of norm macdonald back during the first bush presidential race, where he went on the view and got barbara walters pissed off... good stuff on a sick day...

and part 2...

still not there.

knowing in the back of my cluster fucked mind, that a fictional group like the justice league of america exists, is the only solace i need when the terrorist threat level is raised...

and you know what? it's funny... i used to be so dead set against dc comics, and as of the past six years, even though bendis and co. have made marvel a considerable wonder, i still find more love in my heart for dc and vertigo...

i called off from work today. i feel worst than i did yesterday. my head is pounding and congested. my sinus' all clogged up. my chest is on fire, and my body is stiff... i'd rather have a fist full of fingers up my butt than feel this way...

fixing the sick.

i've never been too intuitive as to how to get completely rid of a cold in a matter of a day or two, but i think, for this sunday, the chest cold that is boggin me down... i have three secret weapons i've begun an attack on...

maruchan's roast chicken flavor cup of instant lunch noodles, vicks vapo rub, and season four of jack bauer beating the sperm, shit, and snot out of terrorists... god bless america.

ships ahoy... i gotta fucking sickness...

it's true. so very true... i feel ill... very ill... i'm still not sure if it's just a chest cold or what, but my throat is raw, and i'm coughing like i've been up all night smoking cigarettes, and it'll be two months since i had a cigarette this coming 17th... so, i don't know what the fuck i got...

ASSY MCGEE.

this cartoon hit me from out of nowhere...

as of late, i've been downloading a lot of my tv viewing, and assy mcgee was one of those things i had wanted to see from the previews i saw last year when jon glaser was attached to it.

so... when i saw the entire first season run available for download, i nabbed them all up, and laughed myself to the sperm bank...

the premise is so odd it's scathing and lethal with it's irreverant humor. assy mcgee, a walking talking ass with legs who just happens to be a renegade cop like dirty harry... along with his partner, overweight mexican, sanchez...

the disturbing adventures and crimes these two set out to solve keep you occupied if for nothing else, to find out what fucked up thing they'll do next... a must see...

the remainder of my day today, will consist of trying to shake this cold, listening to claudio sanchez' solo work, "the prize fighter inferno," as well as watching the 30th anniversary edition of, "JAWS," that i just got... maybe squeeze in some, "close encounters of the third kind," for good measure...

-douglas, out.

"are we gonna let the elevator bring us down?"

at six in the morning, just shy of twenty minutes before i venture off for the last day of the work week, i sit, grim eyed staring into a monitor, with my sony headset pumping prince's superbowl performance through my cranium... such an amazing performance... i could listen to prince over and over until the end of time... if it didn't cost $400 a ticket to see him in hollywood, or rather, if i had four hundred bones to toss around, i would be there begging for the man to sweat his genius onto my fatass... such is life...

also, for those hardcore fans, i found an NPR radio interview with patton oswalt from '04... it's about a half hour in length and is very informative as far as his upbringing and his parents... really good stuff... and the image to above isn't a real album cover... it's something i made with adobe out of sheer admiration for the man...

NPR interview found here.

new beginnings and butt exits.

over the past few days, i've grown tired of updating random bullshit bulletins through myspace, and have made the conscience decision to utilize and transform, "dust & snow," to my personal web blog.

from this day forth, all of my random posts and observations shall be made through this site. myspace is now used for looking at risque pics of females friends i want to smell in inappropriate manners... whaddayagonnado?

and seeing as how i haven't updated this blog since '06... i think it's time we play catch-up...

ECTO-1 for sale

apparently it's true... if you have the cash, you can buy the original ghostbuster's, ECTO-1... i've discussed this with my friend jon lewis... i could take out two big bank loans, he could front the rest of the money through a sexual harrasment claim, and we could cruise 41 in the ECTO-1... what chick wouldn't drop her panties to get fucked in the back of the ECTO-1?... more info on purchasing the vehicle here.

NERD ROPES

very possible that this may be the most inventive, and delicious snack candy my tummy has ever experienced... what a shame the next few lines will be blank because of this long picture... but, in my defense... try the candy and tell me it wasn't worth it...

POLTERGEIST 2: THE OTHER SIDE

tobe hooper had a classic horror film with the first, "poltergeist."... it was perfect... from beginning to end... so why, did the studio feel the necessity to make a follow-up to explain a poor background story of a jonestown type priest leading his people to death and then coming for little carol anne's light???

the film features incredibly bad editing cuts, and what's more interesting to me, is the fact that they have no back story as to what happened to the freelings older daughter from the first film, and that craig t. nelson has a mullet cut going for the first twenty minutes, and then, a cut to later, his hair is neat a very short??? the fuck?

foreign people who see a film like this must think americans have their heads up their asses?... hmmm...

rocky balboa and the cold of detroit.

a short review i know... but i still feel under the weather and flegmy, and detroit is so cold...
ROCKY BALBOA

rocky "the italian stallion," balboa... WOWZA!...

what could i say about the film?... not much. not because it wasn't good, it was fucking amazing... but it was so good in my mind's eye, that nothing i can really write would do it any justice. it's fucking sly as rocky again...

a lot of the reviews i've read for the film seem to pick it apart saying there wasn't enough fighting, and too much dramatic backstory... well, that's the meat and potatos of the rocky legacy. an american underdog. the guy least expected to win no matter what, but keeps going through the shit life slings at him.

it dealt with a rocky who was still holding onto memories... not in a bad way, but just keeping the inner-beast locked inside and never really moving forward... the metaphor?... "life throws you punch after punch, and you keep going..." at least, that's what i took from it.

spike tv's scream awards... the winners and my two cents.

so spike tv had this award show last night called, "Scream Awards 2006," in an attempt to bring light to an underappreciated film genre... horror.

now, i'm all for a good awards show... hell, i remember back when i was a kid, watching fangoria's chainsaw awards on satellite, and being tickled by treats such as robert englund hosting, a texas chainsaw renunion, and the amazing johnathan cutting off his own tongue...

spike tv has no buisness doing anything. it's a ridiculous network aimed at frat boy morons...

that being said, i am posting below, the categories they had, and what won, and then in bold my thoughts. now i didn't get the list of all nominees in every category because that's a lot of fucking typing, but let's say that about 80% of what won, dumbfounded me. and some of the shit that was nominated, astounded me equally, because it may not have had any buisness being in the category.

on with the tears of a fat rambler...

THE MOST ANTICIPATED MOVIE: "PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN: AT WORLDS END"

i admit, i anticipated this film. with how much i came over the first one, how could i not? i can't recall the other film nods, but this is a fair win because it was the summer of johnny depp love.

THE ULTIMATE SCREAM: “BATMAN BEGINS”

not an ultimate scream, but a good take on a good graphic novel that frank miller penned. didn't need to win for ultimate scream... fucking stupid...

BEST HORROR MOVIE: “THE DEVIL’S REJECTS”

while i'll be the first to say this was my favorite movie last year hands down, i wouldn't call it a horror movie. because it's not. it has nothing to do with monsters. it's a violent western at best. period. i'm happy for all involved in the win, it deserves an award of some kind, but not best horror, because it's not horror.

BEST FANTASY MOVIE: “PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MAN’S CHEST”

this is a fucking joke, right? the movie was awful.

BEST SCI-FI MOVIE: “V FOR VENDETTA”

once again, a good film, not a sci-fi! how the fuck is an action comicbook tale of overcoming opression considered fucking sci-fi!?

BEST TV SHOW: “BATTLESTAR GALACTICA”

can't comment on this since i've never seen the show, but i'll say this, if i had cable, i would probably be hooked on it. i loved the old battlestar and i heard the new one is fucking brilliant.

BEST SEQUEL: “PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MAN’S CHEST”

okay... i've got a really bad migrane... moving on...

FANTASY FOX: EVANGELINE LILLY AS KATE AUSTEN, “LOST”

are we really making this a category for a horror awards show? the hot chick that hasn't died yet on LOST wins? are you tugging my cock?

BEST REMAKE: “KING KONG”

someone should be murdered for this win. this film was the only time i've ever been disappointed with peter jackson. it was bad-bad-bad-bad...

BEST SUPERHERO: BRANDON ROUTH AS SUPERMAN, “SUPERMAN RETURNS”

wrong. christen bale as batman. period.

SEXIEST SUPERHERO: JESSICA ALBA AS “THE INVISIBLE WOMAN,” “FANTASTIC FOUR”

give me a fucking break...

BEST COMIC-TO-SCREEN ADAPTATION: “ARMY OF DARKNESS”

yeah... back in 1995... the comic came ten years later! FUCK I HATE THIS SHOW!

MOST MEMORABLE MUTILATION: THE EYE REMOVAL, “HOSTEL”

a good scene, but not the most memorable mutilation. i personally enjoyed just about every violent act in devils rejects.

MOST HEROIC PERFORMANCE: JOHNNY DEPP, “PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MAN’S CHEST”

wrong. a little goes a long way, and that film was sprinkled in shit.

SCREAM QUEEN: KATE BECKINSALE AS “SELENE,” “UNDERWORLD: EVOLUTION”

is this what people really think of when they put on an award show?

MOST VILE VILLAIN: LESLIE EASTERBROOK, SID HAIG, BILL MOSELEY AND SHERI MOON ZOMBIE AS “THE FIREFLY CLAN,” “THE DEVIL’S REJECTS”

a good win here, but i admit, i felt sympathy for all of them towards the end, despite being ruthless killers.

BREAKOUT PERFORMANCE: JENNIFER CARPENTER AS EMILY ROSE, “THE EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE”

did anyone really like this fucking movie?

THE “HOLY SH%T!”AWARD: THE EYE REMOVAL, “HOSTEL”

yeah... because it was soooo realllllll.... gimme a break. how about bill mosely putting his gun down priscilla barnes pants and rubbing her pussy with the threat of it going off??? that was pretty fucking jarring...

BEST DIRECTOR: CHRISTOPHER NOLAN, “BATMAN BEGINS”

close, but no cigar.

BEST SCREAMPLAY: “BATMAN BEGINS,” WRITTEN BY DAVID S. GOYER & CHRISTOPHER NOLAN

no.

BEST FOREIGN MOVIE: “HIGH TENSION”

this film was gayer than eight guys blowing nine guys.

BEST FLESH SCENE: FAMKE JANSSEN & HUGH JACKMAN, “X-MEN: THE LAST STAND”

i fucking hate nerds now. i'm a self-hater because of this fucking category and win...

BEST COMIC BOOK: MARVEL ZOMBIES

ARE YOU SERIOUS!? ARE YOU REALLY FUCKING SERIOUS!? "THE WALKING DEAD," YOU FUCKING JACKOFF NAZI COCKSMOKING FAMILY FUCKING CUMRAGS!

BEST SCREEN-TO-COMIC ADAPTATION: “X-MEN: THE LAST STAND”

this show just get's worse and worse...

BEST RACK ON THE RACK: “VAMPIRELLA”

yeah, nevermind she-hulk, supergirl or wonderwoman, but a sixty year old vamipre broad... i wish murder wasn't frowned upon all of the sudden...

BEST COMIC BOOK WRITER: FRANK MILLER, “BATMAN & ROBIN”

no. brian k. vaughn - Y the Last Man. period.

BEST COMIC BOOK ARTIST: SEAN PHILLIPS, MARVEL ZOMBIES

no. mark texeira - ghost rider.

BEST F/X: “PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MAN’S CHEST”

i give up...

BEST INTERNET PARODY: “HOW SUPERMAN SHOULD HAVE ENDED,” HOW IT SHOULD HAVE ENDED.COM

BEST-WHO GIVES A FLYING FUCK!?

MOST SHOCKING COMIC BOOK TWIST: PETER PARKER REVEALS THAT HE’S SPIDERMAN, “CIVIL WAR”

not shocking as it was so much really provacative.

COMIC-CON ICON AWARD: FRANK MILLER

how obvious...

SCREAM MASTERMIND AWARD: QUENTIN TARANTINO & ROBERT RODRIGUEZ, “GRINDHOUSE”

what? i love them both, but seriously?

SCREAM ROCK IMMORTAL: OZZY OSBOURNE

SCREAM ROCK CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW HE WRITES NEW LYRICS...

RUTHLESS FILMMAKER AWARD: DARREN LYNN BOSEMAN, ARK BURG, OREN KOULES, JAMES WAN AND LEIGH WHANNELL, “SAW ” FRANCHISE.

i wouldn't have given them a ruthless award so much as i would have given them a best original idea award.

i gotta go kill myself now...

deep in the heart of texas...

i waste a lot of money and my own time on films. i do. it's just my thing. i'm either at the movie theater or at the video store...

i grew up loving horror and to this day, no one in my family can understand why. i'm the only one who digs horror and i have a massive obsession for it.

when i was in highschool, after having seen edward furlong in, "brainscan," i tried to get my principal to let me create an afterschool club called, "the horror club," in which we'd watch films, and discuss them among comics, books, and other random horror items... he said no.

when i was a kid, i met a group of kids at this trailer park my grandparents were staying at, and they were the ones responsible for getting me to even look at the first, "texas chainsaw massacre," film...

after them telling me about it, i had my grandmother take me to the video store when she was watching me one saturday day, and i picked TCM without a moments hesitation... when we got home and she saw what it was, she about shit.

my cousin kenny came in to visit and said, "oh man... texas chainsaw massacre... grandma, you into this too?"

needless to say, grandma was a little more than warped by the images, but i was enthralled, and captivated by the sheer notion that humans on a country side could be considered to be so conceivable as to do such horrific things. it excited me in a way fear is supposed to i guess. the adrenaline rush had me... and from that point on, it was all downhill...

"texas chainsaw massacre part 2," to this day is my favorite of the series. it's campiness, humor, gore, and bill mosely/dennis hopper driven cast gets me everytime, but the others are passible too. i even like the marcus nispel remake which i wouldn't call a remake as much as a re-envisioning... they're all fair and decent in their own rights... aside from the one with rene zellwigger and matty mccaughney... i could never get into that one...

that being said, i get to take a massive shit on this latest installment, which i thought i would like due to the prequel story as it relates to the recent, "remake," and reunited the same cast...

the texas chainsaw massacre: the beginning.

the poster says, "witness the birth of fear..." and rightfully so...

you actually see leatherface, s'cuse me, thomas hewitt, born from a fat girl who dies while popping him out... and that was the only birth you see. his birth is it!

i was expecting this grand reasoning for why he is what he is, and does what he does... best i can figure, he's got a skin disease, and he's a bit retarded which, by hollywood standards means he's a born killer. lethal and malicious... stupid and thoughtless... what a fucking stupid excuse for a plot builder.

r. lee ermey plays the character that fuels thomas' bloodlust, and you never know why. it's like this family decides to stay put where they live even after the town dies out in the midst of vietnam, and out of nowhere, r. lee decides, "we're not leaving... god put food for us forth so we would never starve [meaning passerbys in their town]... let's be a family of cannible killers..." out of nowhere that happens. let's be killers... on a whim... it's fucking sad.

the film is shot like a snuff film which makes it look cool, but the look of the film is nothing to the recycled kills and plot twists it tooks from the previous film. it's shit we've seen before, and people we've seen before, locations we've seen before... it's all the same...

it would have been more entertaining had there been some inventive death scenes like the handgun suicide girl in it's predecessor, but nope. not one.

thinking about it now, i feel like someone just stuck their finger in my asshole for an hour and a half, played with the shit ridden lining of my butthole, and at the end of the hour and a half, in john laroquette's voice said, "would you like a slice of pie now?"

first rule of rose... you do not tell anyone about rose...

i know, more than a month, and i haven't posted shit... who the fuck cares? like anyone reads this fucking thing...

i don't have much to review on this early morning, because i've been borderline broke to get into anything new to review, but i will soon... i need to see, "hard candy," so as to review that... i've been waiting on that film for a while now...

come to think of it... i think i may rent, "The Godfather," for 360 tonight as well... that game looks so fucking good... i can't wait till more is produced for the 360 from the ground-up... it's such an amazing system...

that being said... let's get on the path towards psychopathic kids...

rule of rose

rule of rose... people have asked me how it is, and what it's like, because for the first time, it looked like a new, and inventive game on the playstation.

most games, horror or thriller related that come to the sony console nowadays, are poor resident evil/silent hill knock-offs, so to see a game that looks fresh, with an interesting plot twist based on the trailer alone, is a rare, and exciting thing to find... however...

...rule of rose, is not that freshness i so hoped i would find. i've seen more freshness is douche products.

the game plays like a resident evil game. bad, clunky controls, and graphics very close to those that capcom would come up with for a playstation 2 game...

the story is set in the 30's, and you play a girl who's parents recently passed on, and you're sent to this english orphanage of sorts.

i began the game in the middle of the night, getting off a bus very reminiscent to the one in, "harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban"... [yes, i am a potter homo. it's wizards and dragons man...]

i follow this kid up a steep hill, find some stuff along the way, and make my way to a giant mansion that is the orphanage. and this is where it gets creepy.

this game was made to be played in the dark. period. the brightness settings are fucked to the point where you have to turn the lights off, and the amazing score of the game scares you that much more when the light goes away.

as i approached the mansion gates, a cutscene comes into play where three young kids i suppose, twisted, brown paper bags, adorne their heads, are beating something that looks like human. it's covered in cloth and has blood splatters here and there.

i find an alternate route around the mansion, and as i walk along the brick wall, creepy little kid heads pop up and eyeball me, and giggle, and then vanish just as fast as they appeared. eerie...

the games on a few more ticks, i get buried alive, and wake up on an airship... or zepplin... and now i have to figure out what the fuck's going on...

the game sounds good, and in some parts, it is original and inventive, but the bad controls and piss-poor fighting mechanics make this game avoidable.

i'm at a really good part in the story, and i don't want to play through it because the fighting is so god awful.

i wouldn't tell you to shell out fifty bones for this game... not by a long shot... so rent it... or borrow it from me before i trade it in towards something more my calibur.

other forms of fun.

why not buy one of the many items i need, and give it to me for being awesome?...

My Amazon.com Wish List

i'm live too... what's your gaming skills like?
